For advance payment, you make the payment in advance by transfer. After receipt of payment, we will promptly arrange for the shipping of your order.
PayPal
PayPal is a payment service with which you can pay quickly and securely in online shops. Setting up a PayPal account is free and takes just a few minutes.
When paying, you simply enter your email address with which you have registered with PayPal. As soon as the payment has arrived at PayPal, we will be notified and promptly ship your goods.
SOFORT online bank transfer
SOFORT online bank transfer works just like on-line banking with your bank. Immediately following your purchase in our shop, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of SOFORT. Here you enter your bank code as usual and log in with your login details for your online banking. The amount, payment references and our bank details will be indicated automatically. All you have to do is confirm the payment with your current TAN number.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. When paying by credit card, you will be redirected to our payment provider using a secure connection, and the on-line payment process will be started as usual.

The exact delivery period of individual products can be seen in the respective order confirmation. Should an item not be immediately available and the delivery period be extended accordingly, we will notify you of this in writing. For custom-made products, the delivery period will be accordingly longer.
All delivery periods indicated are subject to punctual and proper delivery by our logistics partners.
Depending on the volume of your order, shipping will take place either by shipping company or by parcel service.
For orders with the parcel shipping method, shipping will take place with DPD (German Parcel Service)
When shipping by shipping company, we will hand over your order packed ready for transport to our logistics partner. As soon as your goods have been shipped, your will receive a notification by email. Delivery will be made within the next few days. The shipping company will contact you by phone in due time before delivery and tell you the precise delivery date (time window). This ensures that you can take delivery of your goods and delivery proceeds smoothly.
Of course, you can also pick up your order directly at our company Reitdorferstrasse 124, 5542 Flachau. To do this, choose the option “pickup by customer” when checking out. In the order confirmation we will then notify you of when your goods are ready for pickup.
